I’m trying to buy a place which I will rent later but I keep running into properties with ground rent. Do all Baltimore country/Towson/Charles Village have ground rent?

What do think as about paying for ground rent as investor/landlords?

No they do not all have it.

ground rent is a pretty insignificant cost, just redeem it
