@Dmitriy Fomichenko I have been in one of the meetings so far and it was great, I always enjoy talking to like minded people.

Thank you for the recommendations.

@Renea Steward spending the 30 minutes is a great suggestion, whenever I have a question the first place is BP, and when I am at home I listen to podcasts while I am working.

Thank you

Hi @Tony Gunter,

I was about to ask the same question both for flip and rentals. Now I guess there won't be any responses.

I know different people have different criteria, but I am looking for a short cut.

Hi @Katie Burks and @Lyall Storandt

I am a realtor in Houston too, and I always enjoy talking with like minded people, not just for getting business, or just learning, for me Real Estate is not just a job or business, it is fun and there is always tons to learn and share.

I am a member of our team, I am the Realtor who looks for deals, either for Flip or Buy and Hold, then if it is a flip, I will put it on the market and if it is a rental, I find the qualified tenant and manage the property.

I keep looking for good deals with great cash flow. Some people can not believe my numbers, but believe me they have been working thus far.

I have received emails from Houston Association of Realtors about these courses.

They have CNE 1 to 3 and each of them is $250 for realtors.

Has anyone taken these courses? any reviews/comments/recommendations?

Thanks in advance
