I am a realtor in Houston too, and I always enjoy talking with like minded people, not just for getting business, or just learning, for me Real Estate is not just a job or business, it is fun and there is always tons to learn and share.

I am a member of our team, I am the Realtor who looks for deals, either for Flip or Buy and Hold, then if it is a flip, I will put it on the market and if it is a rental, I find the qualified tenant and manage the property.

I keep looking for good deals with great cash flow. Some people can not believe my numbers, but believe me they have been working thus far.

I have received emails from Houston Association of Realtors about these courses.

They have CNE 1 to 3 and each of them is $250 for realtors.

Has anyone taken these courses? any reviews/comments/recommendations?

Hi everybody, The tenant in Manore Austin, just moved out and the carpet needs to be cleaned and we should paint the walls too. Any recommendations with reasonable pricing would be appreciated.

Has anyone taken this course, I saw that in Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and each of them is $250 for members.
