I am an out-of-state investor looking for a lender to do cash-out refinancing that has low seasoning times. My properties are in the Cincinnati area. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Thanks in advance!

@Rob

@Rob Westerman I know this thread is a little old, but let me know what your requirements are for cost tracking e.g. just tracking reciepts and cost per project etc. I should be able to make a recommendation.

I know this forum post is old; however, I am also looking for a real estate attorney referral for WY. I need the operating agreement between me and my partners to be drafted. Afterwards, I will open my LLC.

Any suggestions?

Adding my 2cents to this thread. I used to live in Germany and am now in Austria. I have purchase a rental property in the US and am looking to do more. I find that the available resources to invest in US property is much more digital and mature than what the markets are offering here. If you would like to meetup on a call sometime feel free to pm me.

Hi Todd,

I got the credit part squared away. I was able to boost my credit in a very short time by being a put on other people's credit cards as a co user. That instantly made my credit history match theirs. No problems now in the credit department. I am still looking for a lender that only requires 6 months of seasoning.

@Tayler Reid this is unreal. I went on BP this morning to post almost the same question and here it is. Thanks for the info. I have a rehab that stopped almost at the end and I need to get this job done.

@Brandon Sturgill thanks for the list and introducing me to new software: Airtable. I'll start contacting them today.

This was a great podcast especially because I find many aspects that parallel my situation. The delayed finance concept blow my mind. +1 for the toolbelt
