Hey Neddie Smith,

I appreciate you taking the time to reply to my question! You are right, I definitely need to get out of my comfort zone, if I wanna learn and grow.

Thank you,

Antony f. Munoz

I know who you feel. It feels strange to reach out to try to talk to people about a topic when you feel your not yet qualified to do so. All the more reason to do so. Let me know how it goes!

Hello BP'ers investing in Cincinnati!

I'm looking for a contractor referral to help me bring the following jobs to fruition:

  1. Duplex #1: Heavy Rehab Interior and all infrastructure
  2. Duplex #2: Light rehab - kitchen & bathroom updates. Flooring
  3. Duplex #3: Light rehab - kitchen & bathroom updates. Some flooring, some electricial

Let me know if you have any suggestions either here or per DM.

Thanks!

I still consider myself a new investor so I would do the same all over again. From a place with no capital, no experience, and no idea what to do, I would consume knowledge from others more knowledgeable than me, leverage friends, family and coworkers, and BRRRR residential properties until I can get into larger MF.

@Nicole Flakes i think having a quality PM is worth it when your current goals are to scale. The small fee you pay will net you more $$$ in the time you use to find and land more deals.
