I've started looking but my focus is currently on building a network of people which I feel will be invaluable given the fact that I'm living and working in another country (Salzburg, Austria). From the markets I have studied, the ones in Ohio seem to fit my current goals best.

I'm an expat newbie investor and  bigger pockets newbie, living oversees in Austria and I am very interested in investing in SFHs between 50-100K in the Columbus, OH area focusing on Buy and Hold (rentals).
