@Wesley W. I agree. Zillow's fee structure doesn't work in my local market. The "exposure" my listings would get from continuing to be on Zillow are not worth the charge.  Not good value for money here...

@DaJuan Harris.  The meetup starts at 7:30pm.  The guest speaker usually  starts at 7:45

When growing your real estate business, chances are pretty good that you'll want to borrow money from a bank at some point.  Setting yourself up as good borrower (from a bank's perspective) takes time, forethought, and planning.  Mike Moscone, VP of Commercial Lending at TD Bank has agreed to spill the beans on effective ways to ensure you're "Bankable" when the time comes for your next loan.

Change in Plans!

We're postponing our planned guest speaker (Eric Cowen from Maine Pest Solutions).

Nocturnem has a brewery event scheduled for the same evening as our meeting. The bar is expecting a large turn-out so we'll carve off a corner for ourselves and enjoy an evening of REI networking with no formal guest speaker portion of the evening.
