When growing your real estate business, chances are pretty good that you'll want to borrow money from a bank at some point.  Setting yourself up as good borrower (from a bank's perspective) takes time, forethought, and planning.  Mike Moscone, VP of Commercial Lending at TD Bank has agreed to spill the beans on effective ways to ensure you're "Bankable" when the time comes for your next loan.

Oh...  and TD Bank is generously buying the first round of drinks for everyone!

Our venue (Nocturnem) is undergoing some renovations this winter which is why we're meeting on February 12th instead of the first Wednesday of the month.  Things should return to normal for our March Meetup...

Whether you're just starting out or you're a real estate veteran, consider yourself invited to our Central Maine Investor Meetup.

We meet on the first Wednesday of every month so mark your calendar for monthly evenings of cold beer, tasty snacks, and an abundance of great real estate conversation.

Please click the "Attend Event" button if you plan to attend so we can get a sense of numbers and please share this event with anyone you feel might benefit from attending.

We look forward to seeing you there!

PRO TIP: If you'd like an email reminder of this event please PM me with your email address.
