Hey Everyone,

Despite the power outages, we'll still be at Nocturnem this evening from 7:30pm. Downtown Bangor has power and it's a great excuse to get out of the house to commiserate on the events of the last few days (plus engage in some great REI conversations).

The appraisal fee for my primary residence (SFH) in Bangor was $550 this past June. @Kathy Welch The number you've been quoted for a duplex sounds like it's in the right ballpark.
