Post: MHP as 1st investment

I'm studying up on MHPs and I'm thinking heavily about buying one for my 1st investment into real estate. It was recommended to me by one of the pros in this niche to start off with a 20-30 space park and see how I like it. I live in PA and there's a decent market for MHPs around here but I've been very interested in the NC market for investing into any kind of real estate. I would love to find someone in either PA or NC that invests in MHPs to help me out at least with purchasing the first one but I need to know what kind of value I can add to the deal or to their investing career. Another thing is I don't have a lot of money to put down on a big loan so I would really need a partner or 2.

Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated.

@Justin Reed I never really thought of wholesaling with that approach. Thanks for your insight!

@Waleep Alvi Augusta has crossed my mind although I didn't hear much about it. Thanks for the insight! I'll definately look into some properties there and in Columbia County!

@Brian Gerlach that is a great suggestion! Thank you!

@Jessie Redd that's awesome!

@Don-Carlos Moniz thank you very much for the insight! If and when I choose to invest in or near Fayetteville could I message you to see what we can do as far as finding deals and additional knowledge about the area?

@Shiloh Lundahl that's awesome, good luck! How are the numbers in Winston-Salem? Also what would you say the pros and cons are for Greensboro?
