Hi everyone, I'm looking to move from Pennsylvannia to South Carolina in 5-6 years and I really want to start real estate investing before then. Should I wait until I move or should I start now? When I do move how do I keep up with my rental properties in PA?

@Andrew Syrios I'll definately check that book out. Also if I use a credit card for small everyday things would my score go up faster than if I buy more expensive things just occasionally?

@Devin Davis not to sound uneducated or rude, but is that legal? Because in a way isn't that stealing someone else's credit history?

@Jaron Walling I'll definately be getting a credit card very soon. If I use it for everyday use and pay the highest payment on it every month, could my credit score go up at least moderately fast?

Hi everyone, I'm 100% new to real estate investing and I'm 18. I've been reading a ton of articles about real estate and I've been calling around. I need a good credit score to get a loan, but I don't have any credit history. Is there a way to build a high credit score pretty fast? It's killing me that I don't have any passive income and I need assets ASAP.
