Bryan Hancock By off-market I meant "not on the MLS". Sorry for the confusion.

Hello Real Estate Investors! I currently have this lot available for sale. It has a structure on it, but this piece of land would best be utilized by tearing it down and building a condo regime/duplex on it. It is zoned SF-3. There are recent sold comps on this street. Lowest priced lot compared to anything on the MLS.

Please contact me if you have any interest or questions regarding this lot! (281)-323-3100

Paul Nguyen I'd agree with Jason above. Start out by getting good deals under contract and assign them out for a fee to create some capitol for yourself. Depending on the quality of these deals you could raise a good amount of capital in just a few transactions. Feel free to reach out and I'd be happy to share my experiences here with you.

Sonny Samuelson That price range is really tough to get in central Austin, but it can be found in the surrounding areas like Round Rock and Pflugerville. I was able to find 2 of those this past month. If you'd like to reach out I'd be happy to share my experiences.

Welcome to BP @Ray Gonsalves !

Austin and the surrounding areas are a great place to invest in. Whether it be to get yourself in/out of a quick flip, or to buy & hold and watch the cash flow roll in, Austin has both.

I work with investors in doing the legwork and finding those deals. The MLS is pretty dried up so I tend to focus my time and energy on finding those off-market deals where we can really offer a wholesale price to the investor. If you'd like to talk a little more or have any questions feel free to reach out to me!
