@Manuel Rodriguez I use Alamo Title and Angela Sanchez is my escrow officer. She is investor friendly and helps out with the difficult title issues that we have to deal with.

@Emily Hunt

SARIA is pretty good too. I am a member; they also have a women's investment group called SAFIRE which is awesome. Just like @Paul Rodriguez mentioned the smaller groups on meet up are great too because it is more intimate and you can develop deeper relationships that will help you grow.

Hey Kristina,

There are some areas near the Dignowity Hill area. The Near Eastside neighborhood and  the Eastwood Village neighborhood are good buy and hold areas. Also, The NE and NW side of town where there is a strong military presence works best for my investors and myself. My partner and I just recently purchases a property in the Near Eastside and was a really good investment. The East Side can be rough but there are a lot of initiatives going on to revitalize the area. Look into the San Antonio, Promise Zone.

How did it go @Marc Oister? We're you able to make the changes and did they work? I'm newer to bigger pockets and amazed at all of this information.
