SATX Meetups and Group suggestions

Hey BP!

I'm interested in attending some of the San Antonio real estate investor groups. I've found several through Meetup and other apps, but I'm wanting to get recommendations from the BP community!

I haven't purchased a property yet, but I have a plan and timeline in place.

Which groups are best for analyzing Buy & Hold deals? Which ones are best for new investors?

My goal is to house hack, and also purchase properties solely to rent (BRRRR).

Looking forward to your input!

I'm not a big fan of most of the "pitchy" meet ups.  I find more value in the small conversational lunches and breakfasts.

As far as the groups go, I've seen the most value from Alamo REIA by far.
