I've been focusing on Jacksonville, Sherwood, Little Rock, & North Little Rock. Little Rock I mainly focus on the 72204 markets near Twin Lakes and around Baptist Hospital. Jacksonville I focus on the newer builds near the base. Sherwood is just land of opportunity and I just look for 3/1.5 - 2 baths. 

Airbnb sent me an e-mail telling me that I wasn't able to rent my places in Broward County anymore because of this. I then found out that you can still accept reservations which doesn't surprise me at all because Airbnb makes a profit but I would truly consider creating housing for traveling nurses during this time because they are in such high demand. This works well if you have 2bedrooms or more for rent.

@Tehane Gallimore Yes it's definitely location dependent. I actually shut down my listings that were overseas and coastal. I took a huge hit when SXSW was cancelled in Austin. I'm only hosting in my smaller markets and they haven't been hit as bad as the larger markets that I host in.

Congrats! Dayton & Columbus are really hot areas right now for STR. How many beds/baths are in the house?

Are there any landlords in the DFW area having trouble finding good tenants or have a vacancy?  I have my own corporate rental company and we are looking to expand into the Dallas-Fort Worth market again. I have a few condos in Vegas that I Airbnb and I'd tell you to stay away from the Airbnb market there. The mob I mean Hotel Industry doesn't want anything besides its million dollar hotels/casinos making money.
