Any Landlords in the DFW have a pro longed vacancy?

Hello!

Are there any landlords in the DFW area having trouble finding good tenants or have a vacancy?  I have my own corporate rental company and we are looking to expand into the Dallas-Fort Worth market again. We are looking to rent about 12 houses in the area. If you are a landlord struggling with vacancies or bad tenants we can help you out.
