Hey people, I was wondering if any of you have had any experience with the CRM Avenu and how you feel about the product. One of our lenders hooked me up to it and I've liked what I've seen so far, but I'm not sure if it's worth putting all of my contacts and using it as my full resource tool yet. Any feedback? Thanks!

Abena Essel We just have our company's logo, number, email, my personal contact info, and some background graphics. People argue that a face makes it more personal but i feel like that's more diverging from your business.

If your broker isn't a member of the MLS services in your area, is he relatively new? That is unheard of in my area. I would dip out, but that's just me. Usually, a good chunk of your revenue would come from MLS with your broker being a primary member, and if needed, you as a secondary. I'm not sure how things work outside of Georgia, but that just seems...odd.

It can vary depending on the course of action you're trying to take with that career. For instance, My online course ran about 250. Going to amp cost 115 for the test and then 170 after passing to get the license. A good cram course could be anywhere from 50-100. After getting the license you also have to pay fees to your broker and join various organizations to expand business. If you want more control over your advertising you could also be spending a hefty amount of money with that. If you want to be super prepared for issues that pop up, I'd say about low end 500-700 and high end 1100-1500 about 3 months in to licensure. Results may vary.
