@Daniel Lynch just need to have the communication and make sure it’s fair for everyone involved. I would say she should help out with bills if not rent. Anyone can’t argue that deal because it’s a win win for everyone. Try to make those situations.

Does anyone know of any Connecticut meetups near the Windsor area at all?

When you first start your LLc I am wanting to of course have a physical address not my own. Has anyone used ipostal.com? I want to use that because it says it gives you a address and way less expensive than ups boxes at 9.99/month for this. Thank you. 

I have never attended any of these. I am new to the real estate game and so excited to network and meet people in CT doing real estate. Please reach out to me with feedback on this and how these events are since I have never been.
