@Yazan Ayyash all depends on your personal situation but I would only go as low as $200 per door and per sfr for cash flow after all expenses paid. Need to make some money to save and for reserves also.

Hey guys so I got a quote to form my LLC for real estate at 400-500 from an attorney. Of course just starting out we are all trying to cut some costs and save money for the business. Do you think I should do that or should I do the LLC myself and then send the request for the EIN after I for the LLC?

Any thoughts or opinions are welcome, what did you do starting out?

Does anyone know of banks that’s are approving your loans for some buy and hold rentals? I am trying to get in contact with some from others that have had good experiences. Thank you!

what are the banks investors seem to be getting loans through currently. I am interested preferably in Connecticut.

What was your first deal? And what were some key things that helped you when first getting started in real estate?

I feel like many people that are new to investing need to see the different stories and tips getting into real estate from others.
