We are San Diego's REI social. A chance to just grab a drink and converse with other Real Estate Investors.

All we ask as the event is free is to grab a beer or drink. Currently the venues do not mind us being there and we would love to keep it that way :)

Does anyone have any experience running an Airbnb in Temecula?

"A referendum seeking to overturn strict new regulations governing short-term rentals in the city of San Diego has enough signatures to force a public vote, setting the stage for a contentious, protracted fight.

With the certification Tuesday of the referendum petitions by the San Diego City Clerk, the city’s short-term rental regulations will be put on hold, potentially for as long as two years."...

@Brent Blum I am also looking for one. 

I tried Tidy.com , but I was not really happy with the cleaning they did. They also do not have customer service. They communicate through email only. 

 I have heard good things about https://turnoverbnb.com . The service syncs with your airbnb schedule (other platforms are available) and it seems to be cheaper than tidy.com. Again, I have not used it personally. If you do end up trying them, let me know your feedback.
