100% may be tough, but not impossible. My first deal was 100% financed SFR at 6% interest. That was a close friend who put up he cash, though. I'd imagine most people want some sort of down payment - even if 10%

This seems like a great plan, but make sure you speak with your city planning department with regard to subdividing the land!

We buy from HH Gregg. Our commercial rep there handles the order (we don't go to the store) and they will deliver the very best day.
