Looking for a GC to handle one of our flips in Berkeley area. We have submitted plans for a 400sf addition and reno on a project.  Just need a GC to execute the project at a fair price.

Wow nice. I am actually pretty close to pulling the trigger with my group on a boutique hotel ground up build in DTLA.
