I just bought a duplex in South LA.  I've been doing most of the work myself but there are some items that are a little difficult.  Does anyone know a good handyman in Los Angeles area?

Brandon Foster In most cases, good = busy, busy = pricey. If you're looking for a handyman, most likely you won't find any. Or if you can find one, they are more expensive than a licensed individual. heh. Especially in that area, they want more pay for less work.

This is a good point ... I might add the question ... what is your (OP) expectation for a daily or hourly rate to pay for a "good handyman"? ... this will tell me and others if I/we can help you. I have one I can refer you to if you like can PM me, but I won't bother if your expectation on what you will pay is way off. It would also help to specify the scope of work you are thinking about hiring them for ...

Fast, Good, or Cheap ... pick any 2 you like.
