We were flipping 30-40 a year for the past 3 years in LA with about 5-10 in the SFV, but as we all know the market has changed since Q2.

Wholesalers rarely get the estimated costs right. atleast in this area where every "wholesaler" just daisy chains the same deal around.  I get multiple emails from different people with same addresses just with 5k or so tacked on.

My advice would be to find a contractor or investor you can work for to learn the local area pricing and market.

How many deals are you people doing a year to warrant needing a system like this? 

I use to work with the group that bought that house. They will make about 20-25k with the way they are operating.
