@Ken Van Haitsma Jr, @Anthony Patrizi,

I am also going to try and get 2 or 3 flips started in the NW Indiana area myself. That is where I am originally from. Calumet City, right on the IN/IL state line. If you guys can also share your contractor info and also some good appraisers too I would really appreciate it.

Thanks.....JD

@Mindy Jensen, @Joshua Dorkin,

Unbelievable. Been on BP for over a year now and have been hearing this same thing all this time. And now have to wait possibly another year? Sorry to keep whining about it but I rely on my ipad for just about everything but using the iphone app on the ipad is like watching SDTV on an HDTV. Ipads are the future. BP needs to get with the times already. Hire one of these young computer geeks fresh out of school, they can have a new app built in a month.

Again sorry, just venting. Really love my iPad.... :-)

@Mindy Jensen,

Hi Mindy have you heard anything on this yet?

Thanks.

$10000 credit is a good thing. :-)

@Mark Nolan,

Well if they get confused on what they offer, I don't want to use them. :-) Is there any benefit to using them instead of a bank?

@Mark Nolan, I asked them about that and they told me I couldn't invest in RE with them. No biggie, I am planning to use Wells Fargo anyway since I have all my personal account with them.

I am at Fidelity with my old works 401K and I am planning to open solo 401K but even though they offer a solo 401K they told me you can't use it for real estate investing so I am going with someone else.
