Hi guys. I need some help understanding how does the debt to income thing works.. in regards to getting a approve for a loan. If anybody can break this down for me it will be greatly appreciated..

@Shane H. Not really missing anything i do my taxes with the same person for the last 5 years and she knows where i live along with the rental income from the 2unit and she simply forgot so for sure im moving on from her

@Shaun Weekes actually your info was vital because i was only going to send it in after the amended was completed but now im going to bring it to another professional to make sure everything is good. Do you think h&r block would be ok?

@Ryann Kluthe i actually went to a local bank today the process will be finished by tomorrow to see if im approved or not and also thank you for taking the time to respond to my post. Hard money lender will probably be my next option if the local bank doesnt approve me
