Hello everyone

So im currently close to closing on my 4th investment property but another deal just happen to fall on my lap the seller wants to sell the house off market and i was thinking of asking him if seller financing would be on the table but im not to sure the details of it can someone pls provide me with details on this matter.

Whats up guys i have a question what are the specifics benefits for owning a single family home? I current have 3 multi family units and im looking into a single family home to movie in and rent my unit im living in now. Thanks for anybody who comments

@Romeo Kaado no hes been sending me houses we put a few uc one we lost because he didnt tell me it had a deed restriction till we were UC another was because the seller had a second mortgage he was unaware of. And some deals we had offer accepted but they backed took higher offer which understandable but the lack of effort on his part mainly on the side of sending me properties that fit my criteria is frustrating also im always the one that sends him a house i find on zillow or realtor. I just need someone with a bit more experience
