hey guys so im looking into investing into a property in waterbury CT would like to know if anyone knows about the area, and are the water bills billed quarterly or monthly, if there's any miscellaneous bills the landlord pays, just looking for some general details about the area. anything would help thanks guys!

Hello everyone, so im thinking about using a heloc to tap into one of my properties equity and using that to acquire another investment property what i would like to know is how long does it typically take to pull a heloc? And would i be able to put that as a downpayment for my next  property

sup guys so im curious about the rents in Taylor pa im from nj and this would be my first out of town investment a bit nervous and Im trying to find out how much would the rents go for a 2 and a 3 bedroom apartment in that area. the rental estimator shows confidence low when I put the address of the property so im just trying to get some info if any could help that would be great

hey guys so im looking into this property that  is in a flood zone I know since hurricane Ida the flood insurance has gone up drastically factoring that into my numbers the house still cash flows extremely well are there any other causes and concerns I should have with flood zones? should I stay away if so pls give me some details thanks guys
