Great thread everyone. I am following this thread based on my new investment strategy . I am seeking to purchase a 20+ apartment units in the county of cuyahoga. At first i was simply going to buy several MF properties but then I figured with PMs there will be too much moving parts to make that work thus I decided to go after apartment complexes. I would love to hear what people here think about this county and different counties through this state. Im not concerned about appreciation, my focus is monthly positive cash flow. As I was running the numbers, it seems as if these markets will support the 20%+ caps and $17-$25k per unit (in regards to purchase price) that I am seeking. I look forward to hearing from you all.
