@Iris Burrows Hey just wondering, have you had the chance to bird dog? I have been considering it myself.

I was thinking how would it be to own a rental that is in arms reach from where one resides. I've been told when you invest in properties you can not be attached to them for various reasons. Now if you do own in your vicinity, I would think that it would be hard to not be attached seeing all that  goes on.  Do you stay discreet to the tenants and neighbors that you are the owner and use a property management company to oversee, or do you make it known?

@Tee Cruse You are in a great location yourself. Currently I'm interested/seeking  a single family home. I heard the multi family homes  are a great investment as well, but i have not done any research on them as of yet. Do they even have multi family homes in Lawrenceville?

@Tee Cruse any specific areas? Im near Brookwood, and I'm sure you know that is a lucrative spot due to the school zone.
