Hello BP community.  I am so excited to be apart of this community. I was recently  introduced to this community by one of the best in the real estate business, Jason Dillard. I'm new to real estate investing and looking to connect with other people that are succeeding in this industry. Hopefully, I can share my experience to help others as well as gain knowledge from others. Currently, I'm looking for my first investment property in the PTC/ Newnan, GA area. I'm trying to get around the 20% down payment, so if anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.
