Hello Everyone,

My name is Tee and I'm new to real estate investing. I'm originally from California, but I've been in Georgia most of my teenage and adult years. I'm an accountant and I work for a local CPA firm. I attended a few GA REIA conventions, workshops, bought guru courses etc. back in 2004/2005, but got side tracked by life and am just now getting back to it. I'm interested in the buy and hold strategy, networking and learning as much as possible. I look forward to hearing from you all.

Have a good day.

Tee

@Donte Jones

Yes there are a lot of duplexes in Lawrenceville, and I wish there were more quads, but there are some.

@Brandon Turner

Thanks for the welcome. I am going to setup the keyword alerts now, and I have listened to all of the podcasts. I'm excited about learning and networking with everyone.
