It's all guru fear mongering. They have certain things they're selling so they are going to push this fear of the hedge funds into the heads of those who are willing to open their wallets.

A. Yes, as long as you have Microsoft Excel for Mac.

As far as Excel 2013 not sure on that as I use Excel 2007. You might want to contact Douglas Rutherford himself and see if it's compatible. He has always responded to my inquires so I'm sure he'll answer any questions you might have.

You're going to find that wholesaling is tough but hang in there. Most drop it because it's not the easy path to wealth that gurus program into peoples heads but if you stick with it skies the limit.

Good luck :)

I have the software(both the rehabbers and landlord)and both are solid. Good ways to present property packages to end buyers, lenders, partners and even Realtors can use it for their presentations.

I would think they'd be smart to require one. I mean why use a non license contractor? That's a recipe for disaster IMHO.

I can't stand when gurus put titles like 5K in 30 days or 1M in 1 year or retire a billionaire in 10 years. It's like they're promising you can do that in that time frame but doesn't take into consideration certain things.

Most of these guys are just selling a genie in the bottle but in reality it's an empty bottle.

I don't know if you did the mention right George for J Scott but let me see if I can give it a whirl:

J Scott come in please over!

Wholesaling isn't easy and anyone that says it is,is just selling hopes and dreams. But it can be done and has been done especially by a few here at BP so don't ever give up and if you learn, learn and learn some more in no time you'll probably have a property under contract ready to be assigned to that one end buyer that will increase your bank account.

Good luck and remember don't hesitate to ask questions here at BP. You'll find this place to be a very valuable resource!!!

Hey $3800 is nothing to sneeze at especially in this economy. Be thankful most wholesalers don't even make a dime. Those who promised thousands a week or hundreds of thousands a month are just selling dreams and hopes to the few desperate who will bite.
