Hello BP,

I have been following BP for a long time, but am finally introducing myself. I'm from Oklahoma City . I feel like I'm a turtle investor because it took so long for me to invest despite the success I've seen all around me. I've been doing taxes and accounting for 10 years and a decent portion of my clients have been from all walks of the real estate world. Since we had limited resources we used the First Time Homebuyer's credit to purchase our first investment in 2008. Now that the 3 year ownership limit is up we are listing for sale and hope to use the proceeds to do it again - hopefully much faster this time!

Big thanks to this active community, I learn something new everyday!
