don't get stuck into Analysis Paralysis....You will find almost everything and answer of almost any question here in BP. Trust me...you will learn more at BP, by doing and taking action than spending time, money and efforts at taking courses and training... If you want to learn how to swim, you cannot learn without jumping in the water.....of course you need helping hand..guidance etc...but you will HAVE TO JUMP sooner than later....

Actually, I just got in touch with Marcus Reynolds at AREI and plan to talk to him this week...

What is your overall opinion about AREI?

I was looking at their couple of properties they classified as A-Class but after taking a closer look it seems that it is a high-crime rate neighborhood. Need to learn bit more about how they classify and check if I am missing something.

A buddy of mine is moving from Chicago to Plano, Tx and we are considering to invest around Plano area. 

@Mark S. , @Robert Melcher can you recommend particular neighborhoods/suburbs around Plano for SFH cash flow properties. Not familiar with the area but roughly speaking we are looking for SFH for $100K- $125K with potential rent around $1500. Is this something we can expect in these areas??

We are also open to reliable TurnKey provides in this area

Will appreciate inputs from investors, Realtors from these area.

Hi BP..

With regard to local RE Clubs/meet ups in Chicago area, I came across WCRT and CCIA  (Chicago Creative Investors Association).  I believe both are very similar but can I have a POV with regard to which one is better or more useful??
