IE keep the best sell the rest.. Many own very few rentals themselves... then many own hundreds and every thing in between.. Sometimes they keep the ones they cant sell the worst houses not the best.

U r the guru. I just heard on one specific padcast from a turnkey marketer that he or she keeps some of the (best) deals for their personal portfolio. Appreciated their honesty. Was not a direct provider tho.

They do keep their best deals for their personal portfolios. I’d do the same thing.

I always upgrade the washer hoses for as little as $7 on Amazon. Also toilet supply lines depending the age. Also dryer vent needs to be cleaned or replaced if it’s one of those flimsy flammable types: https://youtu.be/vfExQ3mwBH8

Norada would be my first call if I was investing out of state. However I’m happy investing locally.

I would NOT remove the storm door permanently, as during the next storm, water may seep in under the door, and who wants water damage. I would repair/replace it at YOUR earliest convenience.
