I have a client who had inherited the property back in July 2001.... 

He does not know how much the property was worth when he inherited it... and will be doing his taxes this week.

How would I search for comparative sales that had sold around July 2001?

I do not have my realtors license, so I do not have access to CMA tools. Can someone assist me?

I'm in need of assistance. Could you make out a CMA for 16241 Chipper Lane, Huntington Beach CA?

I have a client who had inherited the property back in July 2001....
then sold it last year September 2014. He does not know how much the property was worth when he inherited it... and will be doing his taxes this week.

For this reason, he needs comps for 16241 Chipper Lane, Huntington Beach CA, with comparable properties that sold around July 2001?

Preferably with the higher priced properties.

Would you be able to come up with a CMA with that criteria?

What are the ways to tie up properties under contract and go straight into escrow once Letters of Testamentary have been issued?

Can this only happen if Full Authority is granted to the Deceased individual's Personal Representative?
