From your experience, what has been the best method for you to find motivated sellers with VIRGIN properties?

By virgin, I mean, properties which no other wholesaler or realtor has touched.

@Christian Marin That is very inspiring and motivational information. I just co-wholesaled a property in Phoenix AZ and received $5k. I'm looking to do the entire wholesaling and eventually rack up at least 20 properties a month. I'm sure there is much that I would be able to learn from you.  Thanks for the information everyone.
