Can you make a CMA for me?

Hello Bigger Pockets Community.

I'm in need of assistance. Could you make out a CMA for 16241 Chipper Lane, Huntington Beach CA?

I have a client who had inherited the property back in July 2001....
then sold it last year September 2014. He does not know how much the property was worth when he inherited it... and will be doing his taxes this week.

For this reason, he needs comps for 16241 Chipper Lane, Huntington Beach CA, with comparable properties that sold around July 2001?

Preferably with the higher priced properties.

Would you be able to come up with a CMA with that criteria?
