My first job that had anything to do with realestate was in timeshares. (mostly ripoffs)

Well once they had the room full of (ups) they would always make a big seen as if someone had just made the best investment of thier life by signing right there!

Now of course the whole thing was staged even many of the people working there did not know at first, but once you seen the same people buy three in two weeks it was not to hard to figue out!

Now I doubt we will see her do the same thing in his next show but I would not be surprised to see something similar by someone else!

I agree with the respecting the sharp but, in my eye's this whole salery cap crap is more of an empty jesture to appease the American people than anykind of real accountablity being dispensed.

So they can't get cash bonuses big deal they can still get bonuses in the form of stock!

Thanks for the heads up I'm sure we are going to be hearing alot more about circmstances like that!

I know of a couple of creaps doing the same kinda thing with notes.

Creep will offer a partnership in a property giving the investor a second. Does this with a number of investors on each property!

Then does not pay the mortgage when the real lender, lender forecloses and wipes out all the seconds he purchases the home back at the auction!!
