Have you considered neighborhoods like Lawrenceville, Oakland, East Liberty, Point breeze, Manchester, etc. 

Even neighborhoods just a little outside the "city" like  Penn Hills, Oakmont, Verona, or Monroeville are good areas.

Thanks for the tips and you're correct. I guess if i have a really good deal finding a buyer shouldn't be an issue. I guess i need to just get out there and find these deals. Thanks again Dawn.

Thanks for commenting. That makes sense i guess i just find it easier to already have a buyers list ready when making offers. I'm just going to get out there and make it happen.

I am looking to build a buyers list (like all wholesale newbies) and just want some advice on where to start. I have registered for a REIA meeting coming up and pretty excited about that. What else would you guys recommend?

I am looking to connect with any investors in the Pittsburgh area.
