New to Wholesaling, what else do i need?

As a new wholesaler I want to be sure I have all my ducks in a row before I get started. I know I need a buyers list, assignment agreement. what else do I need to cover legally as well with marketing? Does anyone suggest using realeflow or freedomsoft as a new wholesaler? Any suggestions would be a great help.
