Welcome! This is the place for helpful information. It has been a great tool for me to learn from and network with other investors. My wife and I are just starting our adventure in real estate. We moved to the Austin area about 3 months ago now. We are looking at Rehabbing as well as buy and hold.

I can relate I used some of the money from my house that I lived in/flipped to fund a 2 month travel though every state from North Dakota down to Texas and west. 15 state road trip with a family of 4. It is amazing what travel can bring to your life. We just got to Austin 2 weeks ago. We are looking at our options for investment here as well. Partnership opportunities might be in our future.Look me up
