Hi Everybody,

I've been a member for about a month now and I can't get enough bigger pockets and the BP podcasts. I'm a small business owner in Georgetown, TX and my goal is to transition into fix and flipping homes full-time within the next few years. I have done one flip so far and have helped rehab a few homes for friends and family. Thanks to everyone who has written articles, been on podcasts, and answered questions for people. I have learned more about real estate in the last month than I have in the last 10 years. Thanks again everyone.
