@Lauren Wilson I have always used cash for keys.  Ensure that you explain if they do not choose cash for keys that an eviction will be the next step which would affect them renting somewhere else in the future.  This has always worked for us.

We use Venmo, Cash App, and direct deposit.

@Sean Witherspoon Yes, I used lending one for a refinance on a duplex I had last year.  But yes, you can do that.

@Erin Dorsey Robinson 7/8 Tenants made all there payment. Still waiting on the last tenant to get her unemployment. I just worked with each tenant on an individual basis.

Hi,

I'm purchasing a duplex to live in located in Fort Lauderdale Fl. 

The square footage is 1640 sqft.

Does anyone have any good roofing companies in that area?

@Angela Horga Navy Fed is pretty straight forward. You can also use a VA renovation loan. One bank that offers that is Loan Depot. I've done it so I can tell you it was worth it.
