I'm located in Waupaca and am in escrow on my first rental here. As I grow I have interest in other local and larger markets, Appleton and Green Bay included. Still working on securing my first property but I'm happy to connect!

Hey Everyone - I just got an accepted offer on my first duplex, I was thinking about going with the BP lease for WI, but it seems everyone recommends WLB. Why would you recommend  the WLB lease over the one BP has?

Congrats on the deal! I'm touring two North/Central Wisconsin duplexes from the MLS this weekend with numbers similar to yours. Hoping one of them works out!

@Calvin Ozanick Being less than 2 hours from Rock County I'd definitely be interested in hearing more. My brother actually invests just outside of Rock County. 

@Jason Bilbrey I'm looking for my first property, either a small MF or student rental. Although, one aspect of student rentals I certainly need to understand more is how COVID has impacted rentals in Stevens Point.
