I Inherited tenants when I closed on my first property in November and one of their leases is coming up in February. What is a good website or resource to create a new lease agreement for them to sign that abides by all the state laws? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks everyone!

Wisconsin Legal Blank is the best source----Lease, rules & regs, Addendum to non-standard rental provisions, lead based paint disclosure, lead booklet, smoke detectors addendum, carbon monoxide detector addendum, bedbug addendum, mold addendum, check-in check-out form. I actually got help from a couple of local property managers too since their level of expertise and experience was much greater than mine and they pointed out some additional things to make sure were on the lease that I wouldn't have thought of since I'd never been in those situations.
