I just moved from the Twin Cities to Central Wisconsin, and now being in a much more affordable market, I'm ready to start investing. I'm still working for a Minneapolis company (working from home now) and am just starting the process of becoming an agent as well. I'm looking to connect with anyone currently investing in Waupaca, Appleton, Stevens Point, and other surrounding communities!

@Phil Wells

I absolutely agree with you, why? Because I’m literally having that conversation with my leaders right now and am looking to move to a more rural area.

@Maurice Smith

You can have a mask that protects your entire face, it’s still not going to do anything if you don’t wash your hands, except protect you from people literally sneezing or coughing directly onto your face, unlikely. You could wear a mask all day, and go touch a public surface (escalator/stairs railing, door knob, etc) then go grab an apple from your local grocery store, take your mask off, and eat that apple. Those germs, in this case coronavirus, from the public surface are now on the apple you’re eating and you are infected, even though you had a mask on.

Wash your hands. Save the masks for medical professionals who need them.

@Jill F.

There’s a worldwide shortage of masks. On top of that, those that get them are either hoarding them or selling them for over 10x what they bought them for. In addition to that, people are starting to make knock offs of the N95 that don’t serve the purpose they say they do, are cheaply made, and selling for a premium.

@Makenzi Capezza

I had the same thing happen when ripping my wall paper off and it ripped a whole bunch of the drywall paper off. To seal the areas where the brown paper was showing through I used a utility knife and cut the edges so there weren’t any loose ends hanging up then I used RX-35 Pro 999 and used a brush to apply it to all areas where the brown paper showed through. After this I went through and did a normal repair with mud then primed and painted and there was no bubbling at the end! Let me know if you have any questions!

Im seeing two sides to the debate: reserves and debt. Regarding the debt side, a lot of people have mentioned "pay off all your debt/car payment before you invest." I currently have a $350 a month car payment, which definitely sucks and am ready to be done with it, but my interest rate is only 1.9%. I get a higher interest rate on my rainy day savings account than that and could get even more in the stock market and even more in REI. What is your take on paying off the debt even though the interest date is so low even though the $$ is another $4.2k in savings a year?
