Hi, I am the process of selling property in GA. Closing attorney sent me affidavit of exemption from withholding form to fill. For Non residents there will be 3% withholding of the gain on the sale. If I am going to file return end of the year do I need to withholding 3% now?

Hi! I have not received rent from tenant since last two months in Newton county, GA. Is eviction allowed in Newton county, GA? Generally, how long does it take normally for the whole process? Are there any other options or suggestions? Thanks

How do you manage out of the state rental property?  Property management company OR manage yourself? The property management company can impact cash flow significantly. I am trying to decide which way to go for my first rental property in Georgia. What kind of challenges do you face if you manage yourself? Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
