Insurance for out of state rental properties
Hi, I just bought my first rental property. This property is located in Georgia. I am currently living in Illinois. How do you handle insurance for out of the state rental property? Do you use same company like your home and auto or need to have different company and different type of insurance?
Thanks for your help.
