@Milan Patel Take a look at My Rent Source. They are based out of Newnan with a second office in Gwinnett county and cover the entire, and expanded, metro Atlanta area. They manage a couple of my properties in Ellenwood and Morrow. I've been using them for several years now and it has been a good experience. I've also heard good things from other investors about Excalibur Property Management. I believe they are based out of Alpharetta.
